Brilliant kennels. Dogs always come home happy, bright and clean. Friendly staff and great customer service. Would highly recommend.

Absolutely fabulous from the booking through to collection. Brilliant team and my boy came out happy as ever. The location is beautiful and if they allowed humans, id book a week as a retreat.

First time we have used a kennel for our dog, Lucky stayed for 21 days. The staff are very friendly, professional and fantastic and treat our girl as if one of their own. Nothing is to much trouble, and the updates whilst we were away really helped us to relax and not worry about our little girl, thank you ever so much to all the staff and we really can’t recommend this place highly enough.

Been using this kennels for 8 yrs, with all my dogs and no problems at all, always had peace of mind. Last 2 stays for my mastiff whose 8 yrs old, I was extremely concerned. She came out with a big slash across her nose, and her back feet all bleeding, I wrote a personal statement in a clear plastic sleeve for my dog, don’t think they read it, she has to be sedated to have her nails clipped by a vet, you could clearly see they have tried to clip her nails, hence all the blood. The only explanation I got was she had been jumping up the cage!!!! She’s 50 kg and don’t jump anywhere especially with her back legs/feet, she’s laid back and at 8 years old and her weight, wouldn’t be able to do that, she also has allergies and told them not to bath her and they wanted to charge me for that! So sadly after 8 yrs we won’t be going back. We noticed too they have new kennel staff, maybe that’s the problem

We are taking our Rott to Kents Farm for 5 years now and I have only good things to say.. Chris and Georgia are amazing and helpful and they have helped us very much in some situations that we needed an urgent booking... The team that taking care of Dragon and all other little and big friends are amazing...so amazing that the moment we arriving before we even enter he is dragging me in..is like a kid going holiday and he doesn't even care about you any more😂😭😂.. Well done guys keep up the amazing job!!!

Highly recommend the team at London and Essex Kent’s Farm. Taylor, Kris, Georgia and team was absolutely fantastic when our nervous cat unfortunately failed immigration coming into the UK and had to be quarantined for 21 days. They took great care of her and us keeping us informed of progress and were incredibly accommodating and reassuring. It seems a really professional run outfit and the kennels are roomy and clean. 5 stars ⭐️

A very friendly family run company, with good value for money and plenty of outdoor space for my dog to run around. My dog is very energetic and when collecting him I was struggling to walk whilst also carrying my luggage with me. The Managing Director was kind enough to offer me a lift, which was a life saver, and also gave me a replacement leash when the one I had broke. Would absolutely recommend and will definitely be using them again!

Very friendly staff, provide professional quarantine services. They will send pictures of your time from time to time (if they are not busy), and answer all kinds of questions to lay your worries to rest.

I've been using this kennels on & off for about 19 years, my dogs really enjoy staying here. They come back to me very happy & healthy. Very trustworthy place to leave your pets while you're away.
